I was born in London, raised in Essex and now live on the coast in Dorset. After years of loving the fast pace of city life, I traded it in for life by the sea.

Starting in Law

I studied law at university, trained to be a lawyer, and became fascinated by intellectual property. I worked across law firms, innovation agencies, and trademark attorney firms, but within a few years, I realised a traditional legal path wasn’t the right fit for me. So, I changed course.

The Spotify Era

I joined Spotify when it was just getting started in the UK, back when it was a tiny Swedish start-up. I helped build the infrastructure for how the platform talked to creators, building the original Publisher and Songwriter relations team from the ground up. Alongside leading global creator strategies, I served as Spotify’s UK Wellness Ambassador, developing the company’s first Global Wellbeing Strategy. During this time, I was also an artist manager, navigating the highs and lows of launching an artist’s career. I stayed through to Spotify’s IPO, witnessing both the company and the music industry change dramatically.

The Apple Music Chapter

After taking time out to travel the world, a childhood dream I had long put off, I trusted my intuition that the right next step would be waiting for me. And it was. I joined Apple Music just as the pandemic hit. I spent the next few years building and leading Apple’s flagship partnership with The Ivors Academy, including the Rising Star Mentorship Program for under-25 songwriters and composers. I then developed and led the international rollout of Apple Music’s Creative Services (Music Publishing) strategy, scaling creator initiatives globally. Throughout my Spotify and Apple Music days, I also served as a dedicated mentor to creators, supporting them through the exhausting challenges of a 24/7 industry.

Breaking Point & The Pivot

In 2025, the weight of navigating heavy personal trauma and bereavement, combined with the relentless pressures of corporate life, caught up with me. My nervous system collapsed, and I hit a wall of severe burnout. I made the difficult decision to leave Apple Music to rebuild a nervous system that was about as dysregulated as they come.

Developing People & Businesses Sustainably

Stepping away allowed me to retrain as a coach and dive deeply into the study of psychology and human behaviour. Today, I run my independent coaching and consulting practice from the coast, offering honest, human-led support to help people and businesses protect their wellbeing, while building sustainable lives and careers that last.
