What Coaching Isn’t: It is not therapy, advice-giving, or mentoring. It is not a quick fix, a dose of toxic positivity, or a collection of coaching clichés. I am not an online guru selling pre-packaged formulas. It isn’t about me or my agenda - it is entirely about you.
A Bit About Me
I’ve spent my 20 year career across the legal, tech and music industries, from fast-paced start-ups, to global music and tech giants, innovation agencies and law firms.
Over the years, I have designed and led global strategies, built creator focused programmes and partnerships, and led initiatives in wellbeing and diversity. I’ve experienced the music industry as an artist manager, and I‘ve been a mentor to artists, songwriters and producers for over a decade.
Now, as a certified coach, I combine that industry experience with my passion for psychology, wellbeing and human behaviour. I help people and businesses grow with a deeper sense of purpose, more clarity, and a lot more headspace.
These days, I live on the Dorset coast, having moved from London to follow my dream of life by the sea. I work flexibly between Dorset, London and online globally.
